About Steak Refill
“Kae-niku” means you can get a refill of pork steak. Enjoy delicious pork to your heart‘s content.
The best timing to call is when you finish two-third of your steak. Please don’t hesitate to ask us for “kae-niku.”
HOW TO EAT
［Advice］
1. Enjoy pure meat taste with sakura-jio (pink salt).
2. Put favorite relish on the steak. You can enjoy taste of pork better.
3. Put a piece of steak in the soy sauce. It’s recommended to add some relish.
［About Doneness］
Our standard doneness of pork steak is rare. The serving grill is so hot that you can cook the steak to your favorable doneness.
※Ask staff when you’d like the grill to be reheated.
